Utilizing meditation techniques to access the sub-conscious mind bringing information into the conscious mind to be honored
and acted upon when needed. Dreams have a brilliant way of showing us what is working and what is not working in our lives. The higher mind also
known as the sub-conscious mind is attempting to communicate with us to assist us in reclaiming forgotten or disowned aspects of selves.
This workshop will be participatory as we explore the disowned aspects and reclaim those parts for integration. RYSE experience is helpful for
this workshop but not required. |
Medicine Wheel Journey to the discovery of how the four directions influence your
life in the many different aspects of being. Learn where you are as we let the energies direct us to our current
location in the wheel. We will work with the aspect of your life that is most pressing on that particular day.
Live Shamanic drumming will take you there where you will discover an even deeper meaning of life's transitional
phases. This is truly an insightful opening to assist you as you travel the wheel. Please dress comfortably.
