YOGA means UNION. A wonderful way to experience your infant and toddler while relaxing deeply into postures
yourself and or assisting baby into postures. Your child will learn to do yoga effortlessly through repetition.
You will experience your time in your postures as your child learns to adjust their energy fields through
movement.
The movement of Yoga for baby is profoundly supported by the medical profession. It is safe, gentle and
effective on many levels. Parents who practice Yoga and Meditation will find their non-verbal communications
with baby deepen.
Come enjoy your infant or toddler while fully and deeply relaxing yourself. Mom and Dad you are both welcome to
participate in a new way of being.
